Welcome To Mind Perception

Our practice offers Telehealth Services to Texas and Virginia residents so you can receive therapy from the comfort of your own home. It is our goal to help you identify specific issues to work on with the support of an unbiased professional.
Mental wellness is more than just mental, it is multidimensional and includes other dimensions such as physical, emotional, spiritual, social, environmental and occupational. Which means that if you are neglecting one or more of these areas in your life you may be at risk for developing mental illness. Maintaining your mental wellness can have numerous positive affects, to include less stress, anxiety, and depression as well as provide you with a greater sense of well-being. If you would like to improve and or maintain your mental wellness give us a call today. I look forward to working with you

Testimonial
Dr. Brady-Lee provides a very calming and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable opening up to her. She doesn’t judge your situation but rather supports you and helps you see situations for what they are. I’ve implemented her tips after the first session and had success in a situation I would have otherwise sabotaged. Highly recommend!

Dr. Brady-Lee gives great insight! She asks me great questions that get me thinking and makes me consider possible options on how to handle my concerns/problems rather than just telling me what I should and shouldn’t do.
